Collection is available from our workshop at Thames Carpets, Newtown Road, Henley-on-Thames, Oxon, RG9 1HG
Returns and Refunds
You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason provided that you notify us in writing within 7 working days of delivery (beginning with the day following delivery of your order) for a full refund or exchange - provided that the item is returned complete and in original condition. All return costs will be borne by the buyer. Any returns outside of the UK will be at the buyers cost and risk and must be marked as returned item to avoid charges and delays.
