Free Shipping – UK, Europe & USA
We’re delighted to offer free shipping to most destinations within the UK, Europe, and the USA. Please note: Any import taxes, customs duties, or fees charged by your country are the buyer’s responsibility. We’re always happy to guide you through what to expect before your order is shipped.

Shipping times
Most in-stock items are dispatched within 2–14 business days, depending on the piece. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow its journey. Please note: All delivery times are estimates and may vary based on the item’s location and your delivery address. You’re also welcome to collect your purchase in person from either of our locations:

Returns and Refunds
You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason provided that you notify us in writing within 7 working days of delivery (beginning with the day following delivery of your order) for a full refund or exchange - provided that the item is returned complete and in original condition. All return costs will be borne by the buyer. Any returns outside of the UK will be at the buyer's cost and risk and must be marked as returned item to avoid charges and delays. Please note, returns are not possible on custom items made specifically for you.
