We assign a two-hour time slot to avoid waiting in all day and work around our clients schedule where possible.

We always handle your rugs with our utmost care and responsibility but in the unlikely event of an accident, you can rest assured that your rugs are fully insured from the moment they’re in our hands to the moment we return them.
